Lucy is responsible for all compliance, including internal and external audits; sector specific compliance such as RISQs and sentinel sponsorship; reference checking; keeping relevant legislations updated; raising contracts and documentation control.

Lucy is also involved in managing Hammond Clarke’s social media and assisting HR processes and Customer Care. Lucy has a wealth of experience working for recruitment businesses and thrives in a fast-paced environment. With exceptional attention to detail and a business improvement background, Lucy ensures that all regulatory changes are implemented effectively throughout the business.

Lucy is a proud parent to three wonderful girls and she often tours the country with her husband and daughters in the family VW camper van. Lucy is a member of the Hammond Clarke seven year club and a proud owner of the seven year cube.
