Pre-Construction Project Manager

Looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to join its Pre-Construction team to manage the pre-construction phase of its capital works programme. The programme will deliver major refurbishment and component replacement projects at speed and scale to occupied council homes, including low- and high-rise blocks within the context of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022.
