Organisation Development Practice Lead
The Role
We are seeking a strategic leader to guide a committed team of OD and Employee Experience Consultants through a significant period of transformation. You will drive high-impact, evidence-based interventions to support our 2026–2028 Workforce Strategy, ensuring our culture and leadership are future-ready.
Working at pace, you will collaborate with People and Change teams to embed a systems-focused approach to organisational development. You will be instrumental in shaping frameworks that strengthen leadership capability and influence culture during a critical period of regional reorganisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Empower: Provide professional leadership to a team of consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure OD activity is grounded in best practice and aligned with long-term organisational goals.
Systems Thinking: Partner with Design and Change practices to deliver holistic, measurable outcomes.
Influential Partnership: Act as a credible advisor to senior stakeholders, modelling ethical and values-driven practice.
Experience Required Qualifications:
Degree-level education in HR, OD, or Psychology; Chartered CIPD membership (or working towards).
Expertise:
Extensive experience leading complex cultural and behavioural change in large, matrix organisations.
Strategy & Data: Proven ability to use internal data and external insights to create and assess impactful OD frameworks.
Project Leadership: Strong grasp of change management methodologies and the ability to mitigate risk in complex environments.
Communication: Exceptional facilitation, report writing, and coaching skills with the ability to influence at a corporate leadership level.
Resilience: A track record of adaptable leadership, maintaining tenacity and integrity through periods of ambiguity.
